We know you've missed Mike's amazing technical problem solving skills. So we're  giving virtual Tech Help a go and see what happens!

Get answers to questions about all things technical! Confused by that device that was supposed to change your life? Need help with word processing & spreadsheets, internet browsing, and email? Not sure how to safely store your documents, photos and music? Bring your questions to the VIRTUAL library via Zoom for one on one assistance from Mike Olson. Pre-registration is required. The morning of January 20th, you will receive a Zoom invitation/link in your email the morning of January 20th - just click that link and follow the instructions to attend.

How will this work?

1) Pre-registration is required. When you register you will receive an email containing the zoom link which will give you entrance to the Tech Help Zoom session. 

2) Before the event, please reply to the email containing the Zoom link, and send a description of the problem for which you need tech help. This will help Mike get a head start on trouble shooting the issue before the actual Tech Help session.

3) Day of Tech Help event: Click on the link that was emailed to you at the time of the session and you will be in zoom with Mike.

If you can't make attend, Mike Olson will answer your questions and post resources on the NTL Tech Help Facebook page here: There are no stupid questions!
