Discover the 3 “C”s  thru this gentle yoga practice. Leverage breathing techniques to dissipate stress and center yourself. Engage in mindful movement to help release, strengthen and stretch the body and restore depleted resources. Ease anxiety and tension by incorporating meditation, breathing techniques and poses that will help release muscle tension, strengthen postural muscles, and support activities of daily life.  All bodies welcome.

What you'll need: Utilize the things you have around the house! You’ll need something to sit on (chair, cushion or blocks), a yoga mat (or non-slippery surface), and a long strap, belt or hand towel. Extra towels and/blankets helpful to bolster some poses.
