"Petal Play: Pop-Up Play With Local Blooms & Nature" Petal Play is popping up at Newbury Public Library! Join us for "Make Your Own Petal Dough" using botanical mixins, plant-derived coloring & local blooms. All participants will leave with their own jar of dough and a fun, wooden stamp.  Petal Play creates through sensory play.  Their sensory set-ups are designed to encourage creativity, exploration, and connection with nature while making a positive impact on our environment.   Sensory play engages multiple senses and promotes hands-on learning, which can help children develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
