Mindfulness is a great way to alleviate stress, develop more creativity, and cultivate more peace in your life. The practice can be added to any lifestyle and can be done anywhere. No special equipment or skills needed! 

Come and learn how to use your breath, mind, and body as tools to help you be more present and peaceful in every area of your life. Laura has practiced mindfulness and meditation for over 25 years. She can testify to the amazing power of adding more Presence into your life!

Laura Klain is a Certified Life Coach and Therapist based in Nashua, NH. Laura completed her Life Coach training at the Martha Beck Coach Training Institute which is the school developed by Dr. Martha Beck, one of the most successful Life Coaches in the world. Dr. Beck is a Harvard graduate and published author as well as a regular contributor to Oprah Winfrey's "O" Magazine.
