There is a lot of confusion during the pandemic about what is happening in the job market and many of you are wondering how to search for a job during this time. While the conditions are different, it's important to keep moving forward. This session will offer you realistic strategies for managing your search, including tips for strengthening your resume and Linkedin profile, effective networking, and staying motivated. We will encourage participation, so bring your questions and tips to share!

Tammy Gooler Loeb, MBA, CPCC

In her 20+ years as an executive career and executive coach, facilitator and speaker, Tammy Gooler Loeb has inspired people to engage in work that is fulfilling, meaningful and satisfying. She provides a variety of services to individuals and businesses in a range of sectors and industries, including executive and career coaching, group facilitation, training and speaking. She focuses on career growth, workplace communication, leadership strategies, and team development. Tammy hosts a podcast, Work From The Inside Out, which showcases the inspiring stories and practical lessons of people who have transitioned to more satisfying and meaningful work. Her expertise has been showcased in many publications, such as HBR Ascend, Fast Company, The Boston Globe, Monster.com, The Ladders.com, and in the book, Stretched Too Thin: How Working Moms Can Lose the Guilt, Work Smarter, and Thrive by Jessica Turner. She is the author of the upcoming book, Your Career Is An Inside Job: Moving Beyond the “Buts” To Carve A Path That Fulfills You (May 2021). Tammy holds an M.B.A. from Boston University and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach by the Coaches Training Institute.

Elizabeth Gross is passionate about helping people succeed in searching for new jobs. A former marketing executive at Monster.com, she's assisted countless people with their resumes and job searches. Elizabeth helps clients manage all aspects of their job search journey, making sure their experience and abilities are positioned as strong as they can be, and ensuring a more productive and rewarding job search. She was a featured speaker at SXSW 2017 & 2018, presenting the talks "You've Just Been Laid Off. Now What?" and “Conquering Your Job Search Journey” and holds a B.A. in Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University.
