Wednesday, August 244:00—5:00 PMThe Lois M. Anderson Community RoomThe Newbury Town Library0 Lunt St. , Byfield, MA, 01922

Join us for our last performance of Summer Reading 2022! Wildlife Encounters will be bringing some of their furry and scaly friends to end Summer Reading with a wild extravaganza! Professionals from Wildlife Encounters will lead the group on an “imaginary safari around the world!” You will meet animals whose ancestors lived in a variety of habitats and places on Earth, while discovering their amazing adaptations, learning their eco-contributions and learning their personal stories.

More about Wildlife Encounters: Operating in the NH Seacoast region in some form since 2002, today the Wildlife Encounters Ecology & Wellness Center is a private nature-based educational entity that has grown and developed to manage a 77 acre nature preserve in Barrington, NH and a USDA licensed dependent-wildlife sanctuary in Rochester.

This is also a chance for you to turn in your Summer Reading logs for Read and Bead brag-tags and pony beads!

This event is part of our Summer Reading 2022 Lineup, and will be taking place in the Community Room. The Community Room has a limited capacity for attendees, so attendance is limited to 75 people.

The Massachusetts Statewide Summer Library Program is funded by the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.
