American Ancestors presents Preserving Family Treasures

Friday, November 312:00—1:00 PMThe Lois M. Anderson Community RoomThe Newbury Town Library0 Lunt St. , Byfield, MA, 01922

One of the best parts of the holiday season is to spend quality time with your family, and to share family memories with younger generations. Sometimes it can be hard to share these memories if  your boxes of old photo albums and journals are collecting dust in your basement! Learn the best practices on how to save your personal family treasures, on Friday, Nov. 3rd at 12 p.m. with professional conservator and American Ancestors speaker, Todd Pattison!

Todd will be sticking around after his talk to look at individual items, so if you have a piece of family history you'd like to last for years to come, this is your chance to talk with a professional!

Todd Pattison works to preserve and care for the collection of books, manuscripts, and fine art. Todd comes to American Ancestors/NEHGS with more than 25 years of experience from the Northeast Document Conservation Center, and has also worked as Collections Conservator at the Harvard College Library.

This is an in-person event.
